My Approach

I offer online therapy/ counselling for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, overthinking, relationship difficulties, emotional burnout, low self-esteem, attachment issues, and more.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I primarily work through a humanistic and relational lens while integrating Behavioural and Psychodynamic approaches based on your unique emotional needs and experiences.

Together, we explore patterns, emotions, relationships, self-worth, and inner conflicts at a pace that feels safe for you, without rushing the process or forcing quick fixes.

With 1200+ hours of counselling experience, my focus is not just on techniques, but on creating a space where you feel emotionally safe, understood, and genuinely heard.

About me

I’m Banita Singh, a therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Delhi, offering online therapy and counselling for several mental health issues.

I believe therapy should feel human before it feels clinical. My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental, creating a space where you feel emotionally safe, heard, and understood.

I understand how difficult it can feel to move through life feeling unseen, emotionally disconnected, or unable to fully express yourself. That’s why I care deeply about creating a therapeutic space where you can slow down, exhale, and show up as your authentic self, without fear of judgment or pressure to perform.

Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, relationships, emotional healing, overthinking, or self-worth issues, therapy here is centered around helping you feel more connected to yourself and your life.

Reaching out for support can feel unfamiliar, vulnerable, or even intimidating, and that’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes, simply deciding you no longer want to carry it all alone is enough.
